1. General Information

BalticDermal operates exclusively as a B2B platform, supplying medical aesthetic products to qualified healthcare professionals and clinics.

As such, purchases made through BalticDermal.com are considered business-to-business transactions.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

In accordance with applicable EU legislation, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies only to consumers (B2C).

As BalticDermal sells exclusively to professionals and legal entities, no automatic right of withdrawal applies.

3. Medical Products Exception

Even in cases where withdrawal rights may be considered, they are excluded for:

  • Sealed medical or aesthetic products that have been opened

  • Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

  • Products requiring controlled storage conditions

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.

4. Voluntary Returns

BalticDermal may, at its sole discretion, accept returns under strict conditions:

  • The product remains unopened, unused and in original sealed packaging

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proper storage conditions have been maintained

Approval of any return is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of BalticDermal.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify BalticDermal within 48 hours of receipt.

The notification must include:

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Batch or LOT number

After verification, BalticDermal will provide a suitable solution.

6. Return Authorization

All returns require prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable medical regulations and proper handling of products after delivery.

BalticDermal assumes no responsibility for misuse, improper storage or unauthorized application of the products.
